Prices quoted are based on information provided by you (the customer) about the condition of the vehicle.
If any information provided is incorrect or false in any way then prices may be subject to change.
If information provided by you (the customer) about the condition of the vehicle or the nature of the environment in which the vehicle is situated in is incorrect or false then.
-Service may be refused and deposit lost.
-Prices quoted may be changed (non negotiable)
If the price quoted is changed in these circumstances and you do not wish to go ahead with the recovery then the deposit will be non-refundable .
If a recovery vehicle is dispatched to you and after this you cancel the recovery for any reason, the deposit will be lost.
In the event of accident recovery.
Whilst every precaution will be taken to cause no further damage to a casualty vehicle.
There are some circumstances where this will be unavoidable due to environmental factors.
Examples are
-Vehicle rollovers.
-Foreign objects embedded in vehicles
-Vehicles or parts of vehicles stuck in walls, trees etc
In these circumstances we will not be held financially liable for any extra damage incurred
Vehicles will be expected to weigh within their design limits.
Any overloaded vehicles must be declared when booking a recovery.
For example a van with a GVW of 3500KG
will be expected not to exceed this.
Upon arrival to a job where the casualty vehicle is grossly overweight and this has not been declared to the company, Red Arrow Recovery reserve the right to refuse service and deposit will be lost.
If it is not visibly apparent that a vehicle is overweight due to modifications such as uprated suspension, and damage is caused to a Red Arrow Recovery vehicle as a consequence of this. Then you the customer will be liable for the costs of repairs of any damage caused aswell as loss of deposit paid.
As stated in the deposit section, deposits must be paid upfront.
The remaining balance must be paid upon delivery of the vehicle to its point of destination.
If payment is not made then-
-The vehicle may be taken to secure storage until payment is cleared and any added storage charges have been paid.
-Storage of vehicles will be charged at £30 per calendar day from the date payment is not made.
-An additional delivery fee may be charged.
Sending of a payment deposit is an acknowledgment that you have read understand and agree to all terms and conditions stated on this page.
